I have always loved connecting to nature…I was very fortunate to have been given the opportunity as a young child to build an intimate relationship to the natural world, and my family dedicate their time to teaching me about the inherent value of all living things. Through the pandemic era, when our ability to connect physically with one another was limited, I turned to reconnecting with nature for solace, peace and stability. My work has evolved to explore the stories of people finding their own special connection to the natural world, and these images are a compilation of intimate moments with my friends as they have connected to the natural world during this turbulent time.
